Program Structure

How does someone become a coach?

Fionnuala started coaching in 2023 after years of managing teams in Cork. She noticed that the best conversations she had were never about tasks or deadlines — they were about helping people see their own patterns and choose different responses.

This program walks you through the same process she followed: listening without fixing, asking questions that create space, and building a practice that fits your life. You'll work with real scenarios, get feedback on recorded sessions, and learn how to hold the kind of conversation that actually changes something.

The training runs over twelve weeks with live sessions twice a week and practice groups in between. You'll need a quiet space for calls, a willingness to be recorded, and the patience to let people find their own way forward instead of handing them solutions.

Tell us about your background

Orlaith and Siobhán review every application personally. They're looking for people who already have conversations with others — whether that's in a professional role, community setting, or informal mentoring — and want to develop those skills with more structure and awareness.
